The RAIC hosts an annual Festival of Architecture, and this year, it was held at the new Vancouver Convention Centre. Architecture for Humanity had a slot and it invited guests to its Symposium, a fundraiser for the Japan cause. The main entertainment was the Berlin-originated “Architectural Karaoke”. Architectural Karaoke challenges architects, designers, and urban planners to think on their feet by arranging two opposing teams to support architecture related to, in this case, Japan, or Vancouver. Two spontaneous images were followed by silly questionaires and the teams started debating. It really cracked me up.
Which one is the ideal architect??
