The house is part of a vision for a small settlement of Wright inspired homes in Polymath Park, offering stays for around $350/night. The structure is designed by one of Wright’s apprentices, Peter Berndtstone. He uses a similar composition but the structure also has its own character. For example, Wright often puts windows and lights around the perimeter of the house, opening up the interior to its exterior surroundings and bringing attention to his details. However, Berndtstone uses skylights along the pitch of the roof, heightening the room at its midpoint and brightening the interior space from above.
