Alice and Ellis A. Feiman Residence (1954)
The brick structure sits neatly among the surrounding trees. The brick facade provides privacy for the residents while the brick patterns and clerestory windows provide a playfulness, as if inviting viewers to peek in. The house has an interesting brick barrier that sweeps into the entrance in a circular motion and divides the entrance from the carport. Currently, the cantilevered overhang is deflecting at its edges.
