Raymond W. Evans Residence (1908)
Also located in Beverly, the owners of the house were introduced to us by the owner of the H. Howard Hyde Residence. The plan of the prairie-style house is based on the Fireproof House for $5000. The front facade of the house was cladded in fake stone after the house was built, but the back facade of the house has maintained its stucco cladding. The dining room implements the first ever light screen on its ceiling.
